Devoted mother, treasured grandmother and great-grandmother, Sandra Kay (Livingston) Myers, age 74, passed away on Tuesday, February 18, 2020 in Marshall, Texas. Sandra was born on October 29, 1945 in Los Angeles, California to Rufus Allen and Shirley Jane (Gipe) Livingston. She is preceded in death by her parents, Lt. Col. Rufus “Rufe” and Shirley Jane Livingston; grandparents, Walter and Elsie Gipe; and grandmother, Mama Clara Gathings. Sandra is survived by her daughter, Denise Kelley and husband, Chris; son, Rufus Stover; grandchildren, Brian Stover (Chelsey), Candice Powell (Brandon), Catherine Stover, Jacqueline Stover and Sarah Sweeney-Cooper; great-grandchildren, Jacob Powell, Matthew Stover, Isabella Powell, Ryan Stover, Weston Spence, Makenzie Heable, Makala Cooper and Haygen Stover, as well as very special family and friends in Japan. Sandra grew up as an only child, who loved the Lord and took every opportunity to lead people to the Lord. Sandra always felt that she was very blessed and was never known to complain. She was well loved and will be truly missed by all who knew her. A Celebration of Life will be held for Sandra on Saturday, March 14, 2020 at the home of Chris and Denise Kelley (5501 N.
