Beloved husband, cherished father, devoted son and brother, treasured nephew, cousin and friend, Kevin Grant Lambright, age 51, passed away in Los Colinas, Texas on September 17, 2021. Kevin was born on August 31, 1970 in Roswell, New Mexico to David Joe Lambright and Betty Carol (Lake) Lambright.
Kevin is preceded in death by his grandparents, George and Mildred Lake and Dudley and Ruby Lambright; uncle, Tony Overhultz; aunt, Kim Lake; mother-in-law, Beth Ritch; father-in-law, Ronnie Ritch, brother-in-law, Jud Ritch; and 4 legged fur babies, Dixie, Dolly, Belle and Buck. He is survived by his wife of 19 years, Eloise Lambright; his children, Jake and Millie Lambright; his parents, Joe and Betty Lambright; brothers, Kyle Lambright (Aubree) and Blake Lambright; aunts and uncles, Butch Lake, Laurie Overhultz, Jeanne McElvogue, Jim Lambright and Mary Bynum; nieces and nephew, Avery, Kendall and Tripp; cousins, Bryan McElvogue, Shannon Nichols, Lee McClain, Carmen Ross, Gregg Lake, Casey Overhultz and Katie Overhultz; his 4 legged fur babies, Wrigley and Grover, as well as many friends and co-workers.
Kevin graduated from MISD in 1989 and earned his BBA in accounting in 1994 at Stephen F. Austin University. He was employed for the last 15 years as a CPA with Komatsu. Kevin loved God and was an active member of Summit United Methodist Church. Kevin adored his family and was very proud of his children, Jake and Millie. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, Caddo Lake and all outdoor sports with his twin brother, Kyle. Kevin was well loved by all who knew him and will be deeply missed.
Visitation for Kevin will be Wednesday, September 22, 2021 from 5:30-7:30pm at Summit United Methodist Church. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, September 23, 2021 at 1:00pm at Summit United Methodist Church with Dr. Randy Fitzgerald and Rev. Dick Dobbins officiating. Serving as Honorary Pallbearers are Scott Rectenwald, Marcus Ford, Bryan McElvogue, Casey Overholtz, Scott Davis, Ben Ross and Don Burrows.
