Obituary

Beloved wife, cherished mother and grandmother, treasured sister, daughter, aunt and friend, Ingrid Gisela Doss, age 64, passed away in Shreveport, Louisiana on Saturday, May 28, 2022.  Ingrid was born on October 17, 1957 in Heidelberg, Germany.

Ingrid is preceded in death by her mother Inge Borg Lina Wind and sister, Corina Wilson.  She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Bruce Doss; children, Samantha Doss and Tiffany Coulombe (Steven); grandchildren; Koen Poor, Lena Poor, Jakob Cain and Sabrina Doss; siblings, Clyde Everett Wilson and Monika Morvan; father, Clyde Wilson, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members and friends who loved her dearly.

Ingrid was a homemaker who had a heart of gold. She loved to do arts and crafts (especially coloring), and was also an excellent gardener.  She loved all animals, caring for the many lizards that she raised to adulthood.  Ingrid enjoyed watching Supernatural with Bruce.  After 47 years of marriage, Ingrid was still madly in love and had that light in her eyes for Bruce.  She loved her precious family beyond measure and was well loved in return. Ingrid will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
