Barbara Josephine Boulay (87) passed away on January 20, 2023, in Jefferson, Texas. Barbara was born on January 24, 1935, to parents Sigmund (Jack) and Laura Luczak in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. She was one of five children; Eleanor (deceased October 19, 2020) (Butch) Becker, Janet (Paul) Snyder, Barbara (Paul) Boulay, John (Charmaine) Luczak, and David (Sandra) Luczak. She married Paul Frederick Boulay (deceased December 29, 1995) in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin on July 12, 1954. Paul and Barbara had six children; Dr. James Boulay married to Dr. Barbara Gores of Tucson, Arizona, Mr. John Boulay (deceased February 1, 2011) married to Ms. Sheri Bulloch of Kaua’i, Hawaii, Ms. Michele Spencer married to Dr. Don Spencer of Jefferson, Texas, Mr. Robert Boulay of Phoenix, Arizona, Mr. Chris Boulay married to Ms. Lisa Boulay of Phoenix, Arizona, and Mr. Michael Boulay married to Ms. Laura Boulay of Santa Fe, New Mexico. While raising her family, she lived in: Tucson, Arizona; Las Cruces, New Mexico; El Paso, Texas; Reston, Virginia; Mission Viejo, California; Phoenix, Arizona; and her final home of Jefferson, Texas.
Barbara had a vivacious personality, a winning smile, and a sense of humor. Getting “all dolled up” was one of her favorite activities. She was well loved by her family and many others. She is survived by three of her four siblings, five of her six children, twelve grandchildren, and sixteen great-grandchildren.
