Beloved father, cherished grandfather, treasured brother and uncle, Roy Windle Lincoln, age 76, passed away in Marshall, Texas on Friday, June 21, 2019. Roy was born on February 14, 1943 to Herman Clarence and Sybil Pauline (Tunnell) Lincoln in Arkinda, Arkansas. He is preceded in death by his parents, Herman and Sybil Lincoln; his brother, Billy Ray Lincoln and an infant daughter. Roy is survived by his children, Vanessa Lincoln, James Lincoln (and their mother, Macoline Fisher), Cara Lincoln and Chaylee Lincoln; grandchildren, Robin Austin, Brandy Green, Colt Bridges, Keri Jo Bridges, Justin Lincoln and Jessica Lincoln; 18 great-grandchildren; siblings, Sherman Lincoln (Mary), Bob Lincoln (Sharon) and Mike Lincoln (Kay); sister-in-law, Marilyn Sandifers (Donnie) as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members. He is also survived by his extended family, Amber Collins, Sonya Henderson, and Cowboy Roy Williams, who he thought of as a son. Roy was employed with Ashgrove Cement for over 43 years and was a “Jack of All Trades”. He loved to dance and had a very big heart. He was always willing and ready to help others with any need, even bailing others out of jail and putting them to work. Roy’s life was well lived and he was well loved. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in Foreman, Arkansas on July 7, 2019 at 2:00pm at the Community Center.
