Beloved mother, cherished grandmother, devoted sister and friend of many, Annie Marie Williams, age 54, passed into the arms of her Lord and Savior on Monday, October 7, 2019, in Marshall, Texas. She was born on December 10, 1964 in Harleton, Texas to the parentage of Annie Ruth Henderson and Wardell Williams. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Laquetta Michelle Williams; parents, Annie Ruth Henderson, Wardell Williams and Joe L. Moore; brother, Joel Moore; and sister, Annette Williams. Annie is survived by her daughter, Clarissa Williams and her husband, James Parish; her son, Robert Jones; grandchildren, Caleah Michelle Parish “Lady Bug”, Jamea La’Shelle Parish “Cupcake” and Jakayla Marie Parish “Nana Boo”; siblings, Synthia Haggerty, Carolyn Jefferson, Latasha Williams, Anthony Williams, Timothy Williams, Frederick Williams, Melvin Williams, Christopher Williams (Misty) and Joseph Williams; longtime friends, Paul Butler and Martin Owens; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and other family members. Annie graduated from Harleton ISD in 1982 and also from Panola College in 2001 as a Licensed Vocational Nurse. She worked at Merritt Plaza, also known as Marshall Manor West for 19 years. Annie was an amazing woman with a gorgeous smile, loving heart and wonderful sense of humor who held a special place in the hearts of many. She will be deeply missed. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, October 19, 2019 at 1:00pm at Meadowbrook Funeral Home with Pastor Steven L. Harris officiating and Pastor Sylvester Allen for prayer. Gloria Turner will serve as Mistress of Ceremonies. Honorary Pallbearers will be her six brothers: Anthony Williams, Timothy Williams, Frederick Williams, Melvin Williams, Christopher Williams and Joseph Williams.
